What I Eat on MyWW Blue

Being on My WW has been life changing for me! Today I’m taking you along for a full day of eating. This was a Saturday, so was slightly fancier than I would eat during the week, but still some pretty easy meals! For some context, on this day I had 43 daily points to use (I now only get 42).


Breakfast (10 points):


- I start my morning with my Tropeaka + Sarah’s Day Body Bloom (1 point). This has been LIFE CHANGING for my skin and my gut. I cannot start my day without it.


- For my breakfast I decided to have waffles with raspberries, and they were so good! I used:

o 60g of Raspberries (0 points)

o 2 Eggo Cinnamon Toast Waffles (8 points)

o 2 tbsp Market Pantry Sugar Free Syrup (1 point)

o 5 sprays of I Can’t Believe it’s Not Butter (0 points)

o 2 tbsp Sweet Rose Coconut Whipped Topping (0 points)


Lunch (8 points):


- For lunch I decided to have some leftovers. I had made a “Mole Casserole” for dinner the night before and so decided to have those leftovers. The casserole consists of:

o Tumaros Low-In-Carb Wrap – Sundried Tomato Basil

o Chicken Breast

o Black Beans

o Onion

o Broccoli Slaw

o Potatoes

o Mexican Shredded Cheese

o Sky Valley Mole Sauce


- The casserole served four and was 4 points a serving! I added 3 points of extra cheese, two tablespoons of light sour cream for 1 point and some Chipotle Tabasco Sauce (my fave!).


- I also drank a 0-point Zevia Ginger Ale, which are my weakness right now! I pretty much only drink those, water, and Gatorade Zero.


Dinner (13 Points):


- I filmed this video on Pi-Day but wasn’t feeling like saving points for pie or figuring out a low point pie, so I decided to have a Pizza Bagel for dinner! This was 13 points of deliciousness and worth every single one!

o Franz Premium Onion Bagel (7 points)

o 1/8 cup Simply Balanced Organic Pizza Sauce (1 point)

o 27g Shredded Cheese (4 points)

o 9 slices of Low Fat Turkey Pepperoni (1 point)

o 7 sprays of I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter (0 points)


Snacks (12 points):


- I had only two snacks throughout the day. Between lunch and dinner I had my favorite potato snack:

o 3 oz potatoes (2 points)

o ¾ oz Shredded Cheese (3 points)

o 1 tbsp A1 Steak Sauce (1 point)


- I also had another can of Zevia Ginger Ale because it’s the best.


- After dinner I treated myself to 6 points of Enlightened Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream with some 0-point Reddi Whip Almond Milk Whipped Topping.


I mentioned in the video that this was a very comfort food heavy day. One of the main things I love about MyWW is that you can still eat the things you want as long as you keep them in your points. On this day I hit my 43 points exactly. You just have to make sure you measure and track everything. Losing weight doesn’t need to mean you never get the foods you love. You just learn to make substitutions (Enlightened instead of Ben and Jerry’s) and eat proper portions.
