In Sunday's email I talked about how my main goal right now is reaching 500 subscribers on YouTube by the end of the year. Since I've been working a lot on my channel, I also have been watching a lot of YouTube again! Today I wanted to share with you some of my current faves so you can check them out (while you're over on YouTube subscribing to StyledByKaylaXO, of course...)!
Carys (and James) Whittaker
Carys has been a favorite for a few years now, but I've been loving watching her channels again recently for a few reasons. First, she's gone on a bit of a self-love/body acceptance journey in recent years after being a more fitness focused creator for awhile. She still loves exercising and living a healthy lifestyle, but she is much more focused on taking care of her mental and physical health. The other reason is that she is pregnant! Her and her husband, James, have been super open about their journey to parenthood on their vlog channel and it made me so happy to see her pregnancy announcement! They are just delightful!
I'm so obsessed with Tara, Mandi and their four ADORABLE daughters! The Rosa family vlogs nearly daily and have shared their journey to having all four of their precious daughters: Lennon, Everett, Maeve and newborn Dorothy. I found their channel back when they posted a Names We Love video back when Mandi was pregnant with the twins, and have been hooked ever since!
I've always enjoyed Zoe's videos, but since she has transitioned into only making more vlog style content on her MoreZoella channel I've enjoyed her much more. She's always been fairly open and honest, but now more than ever. I've loved watching how she has still continued to evolve as a creator even after all this time!
How can you not love Whitney's bubbly personality? She is just a ball of light. Since I've been back at the gym all I have been doing are her workouts, mostly because I just love her energy and approach to the gym. She is goofy and always does modifications for level and access to equipment. She also just released a delicious new line with Alani Nu, not that that has anything to do with her as a creator... It's just my fave pre-workout and energy drink right now!
I've talked about Kayleigh Jean before in blogs and videos, but she is by far my favorite YouTube tarot reader. Her monthly general readings resonate with me a lot and she has done a few private readings for me that have brought me a lot of comfort, joy and thought. She also just has great energy. I just adore her.
